Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the VIBE AI Video Generator application ("VIBE," "the App") or visiting our website at vibeclips.ai ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Rocket Digital Limited ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Hong Kong.

VIBE is an AI video generator that lets users create videos from text prompts (text-to-video) and images (image-to-video) using artificial intelligence. The App provides access to multiple AI video models and tools for content creation, editing, and export.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use VIBE. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

6.1 AI Safety Filters

VIBE employs automated content moderation and AI safety filters on both inputs (text prompts, images) and outputs (generated videos) to detect and block prohibited content before it is created or delivered.

We reserve the right to review any content generated through the App. If content violates these Terms, we may block generation, remove access to existing content, warn, suspend, or permanently terminate your account without refund, and report activity to authorities where required.

6.4 Prompt and Input Monitoring

Text prompts and image inputs may be analyzed by automated moderation systems before being processed. Prompts flagged as potentially violating our policies may be rejected. Repeated attempts to circumvent safety filters will result in suspension or termination.

6.5 Reporting Violations

If you encounter content generated through VIBE that you believe violates these Terms or the law, report it to vibe@rocketdigital.ai.

6.6 No Guarantees on Filter Accuracy

No automated moderation system is perfect. We do not guarantee that all prohibited content will be blocked, nor that all legitimate content will be allowed. If your content is incorrectly blocked, contact us for review.

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the original text prompts and images you provide. For AI-generated videos created in the App, you are granted a license to use, share, and distribute the content for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and your subscription plan.

7.2 License to Us

By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your inputs through our AI systems for the sole purpose of generating your requested video. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7.3 AI Model Limitations

AI-generated content is produced by third-party models (including from Google, OpenAI, Kling, and others). We do not guarantee output will be free of errors, biases, or unintended similarities to existing works. You are responsible for reviewing output before use.

7.4 Our Intellectual Property

The App, Website, brand, logos, design, and underlying technology are the IP of Rocket Digital Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our software.

8.1 Free and Paid Plans

VIBE offers free and paid plans. Free plans may include limits on generations, models, video quality, and may include ads (via Google AdMob). Paid plans (Pro) unlock higher limits and remove ads.

8.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payments are processed by RevenueCat on behalf of the respective app store.

8.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Manage subscriptions in your device's app store settings.

8.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled by the respective app store according to their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. Accounts terminated for violations are not entitled to refunds.

In addition to Section 6, you agree not to:

• Violate laws: Use the App for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Reverse-engineer: Attempt to decompile or extract the source code of the App or any AI models.
• Automate: Use bots or scripts to access or interact with the App.
• Disrupt: Interfere with the App's infrastructure, servers, or networks.
• Resell: Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access without our written consent.
• Bypass filters: Circumvent rate limits, safety filters, or technical restrictions.
• Spam: Generate content in bulk for spamming or flooding platforms.
• Evade enforcement: Create accounts with false identities or operate multiple accounts to evade enforcement.

The App integrates with third-party services including Google Cloud, OpenAI, Firebase, Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, Meta Pixel, AppsFlyer, Google AdMob, and RevenueCat. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

11.1 Service Availability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.

11.2 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated videos may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unintended content. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated content for any purpose.

11.3 No Professional Advice

Content generated by VIBE does not constitute professional advice. Do not rely on AI-generated content for legal, medical, financial, or other professional decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or HKD 500, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rocket Digital Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice. Grounds include violation of these Terms, repeated policy violations, suspected fraud, or extended inactivity.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections that by nature should survive (including 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, and 16) remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
