This Privacy Policy explains how Rocket Digital Limited ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use the VIBE AI Video Generator application ("VIBE," "the App") and our website at vibeclips.ai ("the Website"). By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

We collect the following categories of information to operate, secure, and improve VIBE.

3.1 Information You Provide

• Account information: Email address and display name when you create an account.
• Text prompts: The text descriptions you enter to generate videos.
• Uploaded images: Photos and images you upload as input for image-to-video generation, including images that may contain faces.
• Generated videos: Videos created by the AI based on your inputs, stored in your account.
• Payment information: Subscription and purchase data processed by Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat. We do not directly store credit card details.
• Support requests: Information you provide when contacting our support team.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Usage data: Features used, actions taken, session duration, and interaction patterns.
• Log data: IP address, browser type, referring pages, pages visited, and timestamps.
• Crash and performance data: App crash reports, performance metrics, and diagnostics collected via Firebase.

Some AI models we use (such as those that animate a portrait or generate a talking avatar) analyze facial features within the uploaded image solely to produce the video you requested. This processing happens at the AI provider (for example, OpenAI or other model APIs) only for the duration of generating your output.

• No identity matching: We do not use uploaded faces to identify you or anyone else across photos.
• No biometric templates: We do not extract, store, or share faceprints, embeddings, or other biometric identifiers.
• No training: Your uploaded images and faces are not used to train our or third-party AI models.
• Consent: You confirm that you have permission from any person whose face appears in images you upload.

If you do not want a face image to be processed by AI providers, do not upload images that contain that face. You can delete any uploaded image at any time from within the App.

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

• Provide the service: Generate AI videos from your prompts and images, manage your account, and process payments.
• Send your inputs to AI models: Forward your text prompts and uploaded images to the third-party AI providers required to produce the video you requested (see Section 6).
• Store your generations: Save your generated videos so you can view, re-download, and share them from your account.
• Improve VIBE: Analyze usage patterns and crash data to fix bugs, optimize performance, and ship new features.
• Safety and moderation: Run automated moderation on inputs and outputs to enforce our content policy, detect abuse, and comply with the law.
• Marketing measurement: Measure ad performance, attribute installs, and deliver advertisements within the free tier.
• Customer support: Respond to your questions, requests, and bug reports.
• Legal compliance: Comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests, and protect our rights.

We use the following third-party providers to operate VIBE. These are the only categories of third parties that ever receive any portion of your data, and only for the purposes described below.

6.1 AI Video Generation (your inputs are processed here)

• OpenAI: Text prompts and image inputs may be sent to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI does not use API inputs to train its models. Privacy policy.
• Google Cloud (Veo, infrastructure): We use Google Cloud to serve certain AI models and store data. Privacy notice.
• Other AI model APIs: We also use providers behind models such as Kling, Veo, Sora, Seedance, WAN, Hailuo, Luma, Pixverse, LTX, Qwen, Ideogram, and Black Forest Labs. Your prompt and any uploaded image is sent only to the provider of the specific model you choose.

6.2 Analytics

• Google Analytics: Website traffic, behavior, and conversion. Privacy policy.
• Vercel Analytics: Performance and web vitals, privacy-focused, no cookies. Privacy policy.
• Firebase: Authentication, Crashlytics, performance monitoring, cloud messaging. Privacy.

6.3 Advertising & Attribution

• Meta Pixel: Website ad measurement and audience building. Privacy policy.
• AppsFlyer: Mobile attribution and marketing analytics. Privacy policy.
• Google AdMob: Ads in the free version of the App. Privacy policy.

6.4 Payments

• RevenueCat: Manages in-app subscriptions and purchases. Privacy policy.

We share other data only in the limited circumstances below:

• Service providers: Analytics, attribution, payments, and infrastructure providers listed in Section 6, each acting only on our instructions.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.
• Safety: To investigate, prevent, or act against fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with the same protections continuing to apply.
• With your consent: For any other purpose disclosed to you at the time we ask.

• Uploaded images: Maximum 90 days, then auto-deleted.
• Generated videos: Stored in your account until you delete them or delete your account.
• Text prompts: Stored alongside your generated videos so you can re-run or reference them.
• Account data: Retained while your account is active.
• Logs and analytics: Retained for limited periods needed to operate, secure, and improve the service, then deleted or anonymized.
• Legal hold: We may retain specific data longer if required by law (e.g. tax, fraud prevention).

You can delete your account directly from within the App, or by emailing us at vibe@rocketdigital.ai. Deletion is completed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, payment records needed for tax reporting).

Third-party AI providers that previously processed your inputs operate on their own retention schedules described in their privacy policies linked above. We do not store your inputs on their systems beyond what they need to deliver the generated output.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encrypted storage, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data.
• Portability: Receive your data in a portable format.
• Objection: Object to certain processing, including for direct marketing.
• Withdraw consent: Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Our Website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. Essential cookies are required for the Website to function. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and advertising cookies (Meta Pixel) help us understand traffic and measure ad performance. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

VIBE is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at vibe@rocketdigital.ai and we will delete it promptly.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our third-party providers operate. Where required, we use contractual safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your data in transit.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our Website and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of VIBE after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
